BOOKING & POLICIES
NO SURPRISESDeposits
An agreed-upon deposit is required before your appointment is booked. Depending on the job, that deposit may go toward supplies, tools, or parts Shane needs to get beforehand.
Cancellations
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give at least 72 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may require a cancellation fee.
Parts
Parts are the customer's responsibility. Shane handles the labor and know-how; you handle the components.
Service Area
Mobile service across Colorado Springs. Home, work, or wherever is convenient — the shop comes to you. Drop-off is also welcome if you prefer to come to me.
